Adding heated seats

My 2016 PPV doesn't have heated seats. I want to add them, and was considering an aftermarket set from Canada Seat Skins.

The only thing I don't like is I can't add an element to the passenger seat base because of the weight sensor for the airbag (I think that's the case for any aftermarket heater).

Is there anything else I should consider, or is there a way around the passenger seat base issue?

I like the seats I have (cloth 40-20-40) which are comfortable and are in great condition.
