Cool and heated seats in 2009 LTZ

I have a 2009 Chevy Tahoe LTZ having problems with the driver side, cool and heated seat when when I push the button, I could hear air flow get louder from the dashboard when I turn it on,but there’s nothing getting to the seat , heat or cold, could anybody help me? Is there an air flow tube or something that leads from the dashboard down the side to the running board to the seat I have no idea appreciate any help that you can give. Thank you !
