ACDelco (525-68) rear shocks made by Gabriel?

Hello Group, approximately two years ago I replaced both right and left rear shocks on my 2011 SSV Tahoe with Gabriel LTV #58930 purchased from RockAuto (More Information for GABRIEL 58930) fast forward to this week, noticed that both shocks were leaking so I decided to get ACDelco Gold Professional rear shocks (More Information for ACDELCO 52568) and much to my surprise, the ACDelco’s had the same markings as the old Gabriels LTV's of course with a $9.00 price difference. So, it appears that Gabriel manufactures the ACDelco Gold Professional shocks.

That's the reason I DON'T recommend Delco Gold.
Like my starter that was probably marked up 100%.
Works fine, but I could have saved $70.
