access rear 12v/ climate control / rca on center console ?

starting a new project that i need access behind the 12v/Rca/climate control area of the center console .... any tips on how to do this without breaking anything or can someone point me in the direction of a thread thats already posted...thanks

The rear piece your talking about just pops off. It's best to use a plastic interior pry tool but a flat head screw driver will work.

just pull back towards the back

I just did mine, I opened the console lid, then under the hinge area on the left and right side I just pulled it back real careful and it popped right off, it just has little metal clips like the floor panels.
