I recently purchased a 2018 Tahoe Premier with Adaptive Cruise control that is not working. The center console menu gives me the options to turn on with adaptive braking (on now) but only regular cruise control works. The vehicle does not sense anything in front unlike my wife's Cadillac XT5 that gives you the visual and seat but alerts. When pulling the option code list the car comes with a RPO 4AA listed that includes K59 (ACC). I have cleaned the forward facing radar probe behind the grill. Does this probe need to have direct visibility as I noticed it possibly does not have direct view of the road? Its firmly mounted. Vehicle has not been in any accident. Camera on windshield is clean. There are no messages in the DIC. I have checked videos on holding the various buttons to turn on ACC, but to no avail. I checked for all Chassis and Engine codes and found 3 - C0110-06 Pump Motor circuit - Low voltage. U0073-00 Control Module communication bus A off and U0422-71 invalid data received from body control module.
Any suggestions on what is going on with the ACC and what I can do to correct it? Also, is it possible that one of the BCMs may be faulty? Again none of these light up the Check Engine Light. Thanks in advance!
