AC issues 2000 limited

Compressor was leaking, so replaced compressor and dryer. Everything works blows cold air, but compressor runs constantly and doesn't cycle now. It just runs until it freezes up l guess and quits. Park it for a while once the motor cools off it's starts working again, but doesn't cycle

my thoughts are not correct amount of refrigerant, orifice tube or high pressure switch. what are the readings on a/c gauges?

the charge is incorrect or the cycling pressure switch is broken or the pcm is jacked up.

Orifice was changed, old one was clean, system vacuumed proper amount of freon was put in. Where is the cycling pressure switch located at? Thanks for your help

Oh and my control panel has been acting weird too...staying on in the off position vice versa

usually a screwy blower switch in the control head.
