About to be new to me 04 Z71

Howdy all. I'm new here. Been lurking for a week or two trying to learn about these things. Well I'm soon to be the owner of a 2004 Hoe Z71 with the 5.3ltr for $3,500. It's a one owner (whom I personally know) rig with 225k on it. It has a few small things wrong with it, but the major mechanicals are good to go. Things I do know about it are new front wheel bearings, new water pump, 4x4 switch was replaced fairly new brake all around. Things I know that are wrong with it are.. Has the occasional gauge freak out issue, passenger lower seat heater doesn't work, the drivers side mirror is busted, the windshield has a crack, and some good wear on both front seat leathers. I also will want to pull both bumpers and repaint them once the weather turns warm again. I was told that the head gaskets have never been replaced, and that it doesn't use any coolant. As far as the interior stuff I'll scour craigslist and the local junk yards to find replacements. It has the middle row buckets, and I'd like to swap it out for a bench..

So what should I keep a look out for as far as major issues on this thing. Yeah I wish it had a 100k less, but I'm in a bind (both financially and vehicurly) , and need a vehicle now (the price is right, and PO is financing it for me)..

I'd change the gas filter, the gas pump tends to go out around 150k from what I've seen, if you don't change the filter at least once. Other than that, not much to look out for
