99 Tahoe Z71

due to unwanted issues, I moved from a 99 3500 gmc diesel truck to a 99 tahoe, z71. as you can imagine, I've got a few concerns. first and foremost, trailering. I have a 2600# car float, and with any vehicle on it, it squats the ass end of the tahoe. also, being a 5.7 gasser it's feeling considerably underpowered compared to my old 6.5 turbo diesel.

I've got 2 questions

1. recommended helper springs vs air system, and
2. Recommended tuner system

need suggestions, as I only want to do this once
