98’ Rear shock mount (lower) rusted off.

Have 1998 4door 4x4 and some backend parts rusted out (front is fine). I have to replace some parts and the one that’s a clear pain is the lower shock attachment. Need to grind off old and weld in a new one. Wondering if there’s another option out there? Thx
