6 CD Changer

Does anybody know who makes the CD unit in the GM 10359577 radio in my 2004 Tahoe. Also is there a model number for this unit? I took it out of the radio to take a closer look, but don't find anything. Googling any of the numbers on the CD player doesn't do anything. I am trying to find out if I can find a new unit somewhere because the old one is not working. Attached is a picture of the CD player.

Likely Panasonic. Try these folks to see if they have the replacement you need. I'm not affiliated with them, found it just searching.

DDG.AI says Delphi/Delco for standard units and Bose for upgraded units...

I once took apart my 2002 Bose 6 CD Changer when it wouldn't work. I found that spot lubrication was all that was needed. It was an exceptionally intricate disassembly and reassembly particularly because I took apart more than I needed to. That required me to re-index part of the reassembly.
