I have the Autel 619. Its nice but cant program like i want to, but it does reAd and clear ABS and SRS.

Yeah!

Most of the DIY-level scan tools are one-way, meaning they access and display info but do not send info the "other way" as to control anything. To make that jump, you're gonna go from a $200-$300 fully-optioned one-way scan tool to an $800 unit that can control functions (activate ABS solenoids, fire injectors, initiate learn modes, change parameters, etc.). I have an Autel MD802. It scans ABS, SRS, PCM, and TCM. It also supports all 10 Test Modes, which means it does have Component Test capability which, technically, makes it a two-way tool. It doesn't initiate the CKP Relearn, but it can activate the EVAP purge solenoid and probablyh others that I haven't played with yet. As far as I'm concerned, it does much more than I need at this stage in life. I'll save the few hundred extra bucks and have a shop do the CKP Relearn for that once in a lifetime situation I may encounter.

Ive got the smart phone set up for reading codes. But i'd like to be able to see individual cylinders and such like the snap on did. Will the BB do that?

BB is "completely new to me??" Import guy and with "Stand alone" ECU's you can change "everything" at will! Good luck if you don't quite "Completely Understand" what your doing ... to much timing under boost and you can blow up a motor ... with the stroke of a key!!

Near as I can understand with "BB" that won't happen ... you "Data Log" and send the file to people that "Do know what they are doing" and they make "appropriate adjustments" and send you the file and you upload it! I wish they worked with import "Standalones???"

But "BB" seems pretty much "idiot resistant" (no reflection on you) I always say "idiot resistant" because ... there is always that guy! IE ... who in there "right mind what do that???"

And the Smart Phone apps ... yeah I managed to blow up our "PT" hard ... my Smart Phone App?Adaptor, could not communicate with the PCM and neither could the $5000 SnapOn tool. "NO TDC Reference" found ... rebuild time ...my bad.
