2026 Tahoe How to Remove Knee Bolster

I am trying to remove the Knee Bolster to run a power wire for my radar detector. I am connecting a Micro 3 fuse tap to RAP fuse 26 in the passenger side fuse block.
I have removed two 7mm screws from the left side of the knee bolster, but the top won't pull out. Are there some more hidden screws on top or am I just not pulling hard enough?
It is item 7 in the attached picture.

Jist FYI you didn’t want to run a mirror tap? It’s an easier and cleaner install.

Thanks No I didn't. The radar detector has a remote button module that mount on dash for indication and silencing alarms.

I used to have a radar detector years ago and I would think the technology got better and more stealthy.
Is it still worth the price to use one of these?
Devices, even the hi tech ones are rechargeable and we have plenty of power options right at the console.
Pulling trim apart seems like creating possible problems to me.

Good ones are north of $800 but include all radars well as laser. Mine has technology which makes it invisible for use in the areas that prohibit their use.
