2025 Tahoe Premier. Rear window defrost. Is this normal?

I recently opened the rear window on my 2025 Chevy Tahoe Premier to clean the window and I noticed that the defrost mechanism on the window looks damaged. Is this normal for this to look this way?
It's like this on both the left and right side of the window on the inside.

Looks and sounds like a warranty problem and a trip on the lot to compare.

just get all the rear windows limo tint and you'll never have to look at it....
plus the vehicle will be cooler and peeps can't see in for things to break a window and steal.
