2023 Yukon 3.0 Duramax Denali XL Order Timeline

Still no update folks. Was told by the dealership that the ETA for the Yukon to arrive was 3/19 back on 3/6 then I was told it was pushed to 3/20 and now there is no update since 3/20. Dealership is not sure when it will arrive, just keeps saying it should arrive any day now. Really hoping it will come this week, getting anxious like a kid on christmas eve and santa is too drunk to drive the sleigh and drop off the presents. COME ON SANTA!!

I guess I am spoiled like most folks with Amazon and the ability to track packages being shipped in real time with UPS and Fedex LOL. GM should let us track our trucks so we know where they are

Mines also due any day now. It was on the train going through Arkansas yesterday. Has your dealer tracked it through VINVIEW? They should at least be able to see if it’s at your local rail yard yet.

Its not as bad as pulling teeth with getting info out but its not the easiest thing with the dealership. Its usually just a very short answer on the ETA and what not. If I dont hear anything by this afternoon im going to ask for a new ETA or more info. Because we are a few days past the delievery date. Really the only frustrating part is im an hour away from the dealership so I need to plan out when im going to go and pick it up. It will take me probably about a half day to take care of getting it and bring it home so just trying to plan around my work schedule. Had cleared my schedule yesterday to go get it and it never came

I would ask for a screenshot of the VINVIEW screen. You’re paying big money for a nice vehicle. Make the dealer earn their payday. I’ve been getting all of my updates through the dealers Inventory Specialist who actually orders everything. She’s been a godsend to deal with.

Patience man! Almost there. Your timeline is still pretty quick all things considered. I will say tho that usually the day it gets there won't be the release day as they still have to PDI it.

I know it's hard to wait. It was especially difficult for me lol. But it was worth the wait.

AND JUST LIKE THAT.... The dealership just called me and said my Yukon arrived this morning! SANTA IS HERE! They said they are going to do their best to have it ready by the end of the day if it is possible and I can come pick it up tonight before they close.

2-20-2023: Order Broadcast for Production - Loaded on Assembly Plant Computer (Event Code 3400) - Target Production Week of 2/27/2023!!!
3-6-2023: Intermediate Delivery (Event Code 4300)!
3-22-2023: Delivered to Dealership and PICKED IT UP!

Most saw from the pictures yesterday but she finally came in yesterday and I picked her up. I think it looks awesome with the black wheels and emblems on the Sterling Metallic Grey. Thanks again for everyone that has followed along and engaged with the thread! The timeline of 6 weeks from GM accepting the order to it being delivered was not very long compared to what I was expecting.
