I have a 2021 chevy tahoe Lt
Just turned 77777
I started getting a noise in my steering when turning sharp left and right.
Had it to the shop yesterday
And they checked everything in front end
And said it's in great shape nothing looked bad.
Said maybe in steering column
Said keep driving it until it gets worse and then we'll check it out further.
Any suggestions?

Did the shop confirm that there actually is a noise that you are hearing? If yes, did they sat that the noise is normal?

Did they put the truck on a lift with someone inside the truck moving the steering wheel back and forth, and the mechanic walking around underneath the truck, with a stethoscope, if necessary?

If nothing else, you should have the source of the noise confirmed (if the shop heard the noise as well), so that you can monitor it.

Yes they had it on the rack because they changed my oil.
They did confirm the noise but said it wasn't real bad.
Suggested that I continue to drive it
Until it gets worse.

I would have the ball joints and tie rods checked closely. Have not looked into the electric power assist steering in depth so I do now know what parts of that could be a contributor.
