That was my pushrod noise , same as the opp I believe but not as bad. Has op removed valve covers and checked rockers or pushrods ?

Yours sounds exactly like a rocker arm/pushrod noise. His does not.

I only notice it on start up

If it's noticed first on start up then it sounds like a lifter not keeping prime. Or a loose timing chain. But now is constant. Pull the covers and shake.

Form the bottom sounds like drivers side exhaust valve.
