2021 Tahoe won’t start

I have a 2021 Chevy Tahoe recently it gave me a PO615 code which say it’s the starter relay so I checked it and was good so I changed the starter and still won’t start any advice is appreciated.

Edit: po615 is a starter relay circuit malfunction.

So you are not getting any cranking.

Check for power at the starter with a test light or volt meter.

If no power then you need to check or replace the relay.

I would also check the battery with load tester.

Define "won't start." Does the engine crank (turn over) but not actually fire? Or is this a no-crank?

P0615 indicates a Starter Relay Control Circuit problem. Either a short to ground or high resistance or an open in the circuit.

What tests were done to verify that the relay was good, and that the circuits to and from the relay were good?

If you bypass the starter relay (see YouTube for procedure) will the starter engage and turn the engine over?

The engine won’t crank over I tested the relay with a relay buddy and shows that it’s good I also bought a new starter and installed it when I go to turn it on the dashboard lights up and says start engine I put the button and nothing happens no crank just instructed to roll up and down left and right window

Seems like the bcm is going into relearn mode like a battery was replaced or losing power.

Check the battery cables for bad connection and test the battery.

I removed the starter relay and I jumped it I hear the starter turn but the engine doesn’t turn over the starter just sounds like its spinning

Try turning the motor via front crank bolt to see if it is locked up
