2017 Tahoe Changes

Does anyone know if there are any changes to the 2017 model year Tahoe. I was at the dealer today and they say no changes. I am in the market for a new Tahoe LT and online there are rumours about the new 2017 having an 8 speed transmission.

I would be really pissed if it changes after I buy a 2016. I don't mind waiting if so.

Any info appreciated.

Any transmission change of this type would be well-promoted by GM by now, if not the dealers yet, since the '17 model is coming out relatively soon.

The loss of cooled seats, they're only vented now.
