Okay, the case with integrated Qi receiver showed up today. The good news is that it works. The bad news is that the build quality of the case is appalling. In addition, it doesn't stick up above screen level so it doesn't provide any protection if you drop the phone screen side down. I have no hope that this thing will hold up well but I'm going to try it out for a few days.

New update. It doesn't really work. I must have been quite lucky the first time I put it down because it's really finicky. I would stick with the add on card I linked above and Apple's silicone case. It works every time.
