Hello,
Just purchased a preloved 2015 Yukon Denali (1st gen. 6 speed) with 20k miles on the clock.
Everything is ok with her except for something that is irritating me,
1. The gear shifter clunks every time I shift in or out of Park, and does not do that in other gears, kind of a spring mechanism feeling clunk inside the shifter handle specifically
2. The shifter is generally "loose" feeling, unlike me previous 2015 Tahoe shifter with double the mileage, it felt more solid.
Any ideas what might be the culprit? And if the two or linked? How to fix?
I would appreciate any feedback
Cheers!
