2013 Suburban Chrome wheels vs Painted wheels. LTZ is Chrome, LT is painted. 20" OEM wheels.

I don’t believe so if it’s the wheels I’m thinking of

The 2013 LTZ. Are the wheels Chrome or Polished ?
Do you have a picture of the specific wheels in question? If it's these, there is a difference between the finishes on the center cap but they should be otherwise interchangeable as the model number of the wheel is the same, but with a different letter on the end denoting the finish:

Chrome is great for looks but the downside is that 90% of GM’s chrome rims begin to peel. This is the case on our 09 Esky 22’s & 08 YXL Denali 20’s.

When the chrome peels around the tire beads, they leak. It’ll drive you nuts. Unless you know to have tires totally slathered with sealant around the bead and the rim edges cleaned, they’ll never stop leaking.

Polished 20’s are the way to go. Ideally, buying a used set, having them powder coated metallic light or dark gun metal gray and then a coat of clear powder coat applied will give you a 15 year old wax on, wax off finish.
