My apologies if this has already been discussed but I am trying to determine what part this is. My 2012 PPV has developed a coolant leak on the right side of the motor where there appears to be two plastic housings on the upper side of the motor. I can’t find an engine diagram to determine what part this is but the coolant will ‘spill’ and vaporize off the engine throwing up a white cloud while reversing up an incline. I’m going through half a reservoir every 2000 miles. Before the local shop charges me a $250 dialogistic fee to glance at my motor, what am I looking at??

Silly phone didn't attach the pictures. It doesn't appear to be the hoses but this plastic housing.

I see ignition coils and A/C lines so the likely source of your leak would be the plastic tees that @Doubeleive showed you a picture of. They are where your coolant lines go to the front heater core and tee off to go the rear heater core.

If these tees crack and start to leak, coolant will puddle up in the pockets of the intake manifold.
