I just recently replaced the drivers door weather strip surround on mine with the OE part. It was rather easy. Makes sure to start at the bottom near the middle. You will see what I mean when you take off what's on there.
Also, just a side note on the part numbers listed above for anyone looking....Those would be for a Tahoe/Yukon, but the rear doors are different/bigger on a XL/Suburban and would probably have different part numbers for the rear doors
