2011 Tahoe - need to upgrade sound system

We bought a base 2011 Tahoe, it claimed 8 speakers, but it only came with 6. After complaining to dealer, they installed 2 rear speakers at back near hatch.

Now, we really need to upgrade the sound system, especially after having the bose system in our 2003 tahoe. looking to add navigation and i phone integration.

I need some advice, where to start (head unit, speakers, amp, etc) , budget, and a reputable shop in south florida to help with labor, as I don't want to tear apart interior myself.

what part of south fla are you in. IMO...I would start with the head unit. then work my way to the speakers then an amplifer. (if you wanted one.)
