2011 2500 sub, raw gas smell upon start up

Hello. New here. Like a week ago I bought a very low mile (24000mi) 2011, 2500 Suburban. At start up there is a strong fuel odor. Any ideas? Thank you.

Could be a lot of things. Check the Schrader valve on the pax side of the fuel rail.

Is there much corrosion on the underside of the rig? If so, I'd suspect the fuel pump mounting plate on top of the fuel tank. They're known to rust through from water pooling on it, but at that mileage I'd be surprised.
