2010 gmc yukon xl denali cooled seats

I have a 2010 gmc yukon xl Denali with cooled seats and it has what looks like water lines running through the seat underneath it. Anyone know anything about that? and another thing, they aren’t very powerful either, you can barely feel them, i removed the filter over the fans and it didn’t change much. TIA.

sorry can't help much, don't know anything about water lines. could the be air hoses?

the cool seats don't do much in my 2011 either. I just figured it's old foam blocking all the air holes
