I have a few questions.. I live up north and sometimes when its cold outside as in -10 when I start it up it comes up with Low Oil Pressure and the needle only comes up to just off the bottom but the motor has no signs of distress. Once it runs for about a min or two the presure starts to rise up to about 20psi and when it reaches operating temp it runs about 40psi so whats going on here? Oil pressure sending unit?
Now the real reason I am on here is I am looking at making some performance mods to my 6.0L and I am looking at exhaust nothing loud just more flow so Headers and mufflerers maybe even high flow cats.. I am also going to need a Cold Air Intake as well and than a program and I was looking into Wait 4 Me computers.. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do here?? I have no idea about EFI live and it sounds complicated so i think i want to stay away from that. Basically what i am looking for is a possible gain in MPG and more power the two dont go together but I guess i am just looking for some input and what everyone else has done.. THanks!
