Does anyone know where I can find this piece?

I really like the way it looks. Maybe someone here with an '06 wants to get rid of theirs?

u cant get it without gettin a new rear window. look at the side and bottom trim and the handle. It was an option that was available from 05 to 06

Yeah, you can buy it. It may not fit properly because your window has that rubber lining around it. But I'm sure you could make it work with some trimming.

The part number is 15777670.

x2 on wanting to do this...I have a few posts about it on here, go to a pick-n-pull and see if you can trade rear windows...if they are hesitant...offer like $50 extra...they wont be out anything...and it would earn them repeat business

another idea I had (50% of the reason I wanna do it) is because I cant STAND that ugly dip we have in our rear window for the 3rd brake light. I'd like to get the Escalade 3rd brake light only because its much smoother looking

Yeah, the Escalade brake light would be sick as well.

I just think the rear window is a little too big and it needs something to break up the space.

I want that also, I have Escalade vents and want to smooth that part, and paint it and the vents to match the truck. I think that part is around $280 thats to much for a peice of plastic trim.

04' HAve it or don't ?? are you all talking abou the top piece or the bottom handle trim?

The 2004's did not come with it. It was phased in on the 2005 models. If an 04 has it, it has either been replaced because the old window broke or it could've been a really late build of an 04. The newer glass is sturdier. Has metal hinges instead of plastic. What a novel idea. haha
