2004 LS Tahoe w/Bose

Can someone tell me where the sub is? I called Best buy and they said it has to be in the back left, but there is not one there. I have read its possible to be under the center console. Just wanted to make sure before I started down that path. Never really noticed how much I loved the mid bass in the Tahoe until today when it was gone. thanks for your help!

yeah ive seen some under the center console before remove the cup holders and see what you can see
