2002 2wd 5.3 Tahoe in MD

I drove it every day until a few weeks ago. Just replaced it with a 2011 Tahoe. Rust starting in typical places. Odometer is intermittent, but around 240k miles. Crack in the lower windshield. Fuel gauge and A/C not working. I want to pull the insurance next. Would hate to junk it. Make an offer. Located in Havre De Grace, Maryland. That in north eastern MD
