2001 tahoe front axle

HiI have a problem, need to replace left bearing in front axle, the half axle is just mooving up and down by hand.
Can anybody give me the bearings and seal numbers? where to get them from? i tryed ebay, and rockauto but found nothing.

the only ptoblem now is seal they don`t have it, some of you did it befoure maybe have the old one with part number?
