Anyone know the location of it ? Can't seem do find it under the dash

diode? do you mean daylight sensor? it's right there in front middle of dash closest to window glass looks like a plastic bubble poking up, or sometimes they fall down inside a little, but can be pushed back up by removing the radio and sticking your hand or a tool in there and pushing it back up into the holder.
