2000 z71 Buying Advice

Hello all,

Im looking into buying a 2000 z71 Tahoe (old body style). Its decked out with ski rack, brush guard, window visors. Includes the third row seat and a set of snow tires with wheels. It has 116k on it and no mods at all. Everything drives fine and Im taking it to a dealer to have it checked out tomorrow. Hes selling it for 4900. Is this a good deal? Is there anything I should watch out for?

Oh, and I should mention he has had the fuel pump replaced.

That sounds like a great deal. I paid $5K for mine with 150K miles, and it needs a fuel sending unit!

That's a good price if its in fair to good condition. If its in excellent condition, then that is a very good deal.

sounds good. try for $4500 see what happens. a 2000 with 116,*** is really good. with an 11 year old truck, remember it may need shocks, plugs, wires, pads/roters at any time in the near future.
besides cracking my tranny case from a bad u joint durring some road rage. the fuel pump was the only thing that took my 96 tahoe out.
