1999 GMC Yukon denali aftermarket stereo help

I want to install a aftermarket stereo in my Denali. I bought the wiring harness but on the back of the factory stereo there are 2 plugs. It has the Bose system in it. I cant figure out if I just need to leave the other plug unplugged or am I missing something?

Denali has several options that work with your stereo. The harness 'kit' you get depends on the options you want to keep.
