1996 Spider injected 350 crate engine won't start

I recently ran my 96 Tahoe out of gas, the engine that's in it now is a newer engine with 60k miles...it is the spider injected motor
after I ran it out of gas I kept trying to start it, no luck. I put 7 gallons in it tried starting it again, still nothing...I have fuel going all the way to the bleeder valve at the top of the engine, but nothing past the bleeder and into the fuel bowl ..I've check my ICM(ignition control module), not sure if that's the problem, I was told I may have either sucked the little rubber o ring thru the fuel pressure regulator which would plug it up and not let it get fuel, and I was told I may have collapsed one of the spider fuel lines...I'm pretty sure I'm getting proper fuel pressure from the pump and the filter doesn't seem clogged because I'm getting fuel to my bleeder valve...but like I says it's not going past the valve into the bowl and I don't think I have any spark at the top of the motor because there's no combustion like there normally is right when an engine goes over, the motor just cranks and cranks without actually firing over please help. Hook up a pressure guage at the Schrader valve:

1. What is the pressure with key on, engine off?

2. Does it hold pressure for about 5 minutes? If not, what is the rate of the pressure loss?

You can also check spark with those adjustable gap testers, to see if you have spark. They are pretty inexpensive.

Then go from there...anything else is pure guessing.

Fuel is nice but without pressure it's not going to start. If you turn the key to the on position do you hear the fuel pump run? How did you check your ignition control module? Not a test that I know of usually first test is spark test with a spark tester.
Basically we can tell you anything but without some real diagnosis it's all guesses and some of your advice doesn't sound like good guesses. What fuel bowl are you talking about?

Do you have any codes set?
Another trick is to cycle the key to on till pump stops, then off and back on, repeat 3-4 times Then try to start.
