18"s or 20"s with 33" Nitto Terra Grapplers? HELP

I am looking at 18" or 20" KMC XD Monster or Hoss Wheels in Black With nitto terra grapplers 33" not looking to lift.

what will be less expensive because i have herd 20" rims and tires might be less?

and will they fit with torsion keys cranked? and what exact tire size?

I have 305/50/20's on with the keys turned up. They are technically about 32"x12", and I don't know if 33's would have worked without a lot of rubbing:
