I want these, but have no way to attach the 3rd brake light to my tahoe. Where can I get a spoiler or mount or whatever its is called that the 3rd brake light mounts to?

eBay has a few but they need to be painted to match. Nttakeoffs I think is the sellers name.

It's actually called an appliqué. If you search for GM PN 25970660 that's how it usually comes up. GMPD lists it as a spoiler in their part description but as an appliqué at check-out. I've also seen listed as upper mount appliqué.

I call it window hat.
