Finally reinstalled the receiver hitch. Filled in that empty hole. Looks complete in the rear now lol.

Got another fleece chip in. Gave my old one to my cousin, forgot I would need it later. Now this will work with the bi-xenon fogs and bi-xenon heads.

So the front will change from 6000k to 5000k when all said and done. More of a classier oem look.

You can see the shallow yet wide design of the bowl. Piss poor garbage ass design .

The bowl in the middle. Projector on left from a b6 passat, middle my bowl, right bowl from infinity.

Side note: At first I was looking at these Koito brand led accessory lights on our forklift at work. Crazy bright with a 5000k color , lumens unknown, but no cutoff. Also can't buy Koito brand unless you're a manufacture that uses their lights. I searched and searched for similar led projector lights but didn't find any close to what i was looking for. I was just gonna jack these but I'm glad I went with the ones I got. Still figure I would share these.

Fit like a glove, but stuck too far out in the stock housing

Fit like a glove and still have clearance in the aftermarket housing. And I get to recycle the shroud lol.

So with these headlights paired with these projectors there's no crazy modification to fit them in these tiny headlight housings like with most other projector retrofits. I would say 90% pnp.

That's awesome they're gonna fit. That's most of the battle with projectors.

You do have to shave down the bulb mounting base on the housing so the nut can be threaded onto the back of the projector. Left shaved , right not .
20180206_112311.jpg

And cut a small area out of the bottom of the shroud to fit the shield solenoid
20180206_111332.jpg

Those are the only 2 cuts you need. From here you can slap everything back together if you want.

But For me I haven't got that far yet. Still need to paint.

I was prepared to start hacking at the back of the housing, but once I got them in my hands and test fitted them I was pleasantly surprised to say the least lol.

Acme projector output. Didn't get the TRS H1 bulb holders. I think it's stupid they sell those separately. It' like selling pants without pockets, but you can buy pockets separately. Stupid sales tactic.

But back on topic in very very impressed with the output. Test shots

Just more pics. Can see the beam.output from the stock housing on the right hitting the neighbors garage door just right of that red civic. Projector completely washes it out.
