What purpose does that exactly serve?

Keeps the rain out

jk , it helps with the wind noise and the pressure when the sunroof is fully open at hwy speeds. There’s a loud pumping pressure that is very annoying. And after driving around today I can say it works great

Did some yard work today . Picked up some bricks . 88 bricks but took 3 trips because the hoe didn’t like the weight at all. I only hit the bump stops once , but i was careful and slow on the road. She could barely handle 24 bricks, first trip was 36 and it was little rough. Shoulda planned it out better (like rent a trailer) but oh well, nothing broke and nobody died

Spent more money on the 2nd battery project. Upgraded to all 1/0g cable including the same for the primary battery and subwoofer amp. Then wrapped everything up in loom for a factory look.

They make the bolts softer than the battery posts so the bolts strip instead of the battery posts.

This happened yesterday . Had to go buy another extended bolt. This one got stripped and was brand new. :facepalm:

Tired of my foot catching on this trim piece. Was broke and I tried to glue back together. Looks like crap so trimmed it down and cleaned the visible rail area. Gonna look for a new piece later and try to make it fit/look better. But for now not a single person in the world will know that this is trimmed except me ....and all of the Internet

Went shopping yesterday
Found a 2nd battery tray lol, glad I just bought new

found a cowl hood I was gonna buy on the spot

but nevermind

But in the end it was a very successful day on parts needed

So ever since I bought the truck the passenger side rear door was missing a rubber seal strip on the top inner edge of the door . After all these years I always forgot to grab one . So I grabbed one and installed it (ocd satisfied)
