'04 Tahoe Ground Location

Hey guys. I've got the "wonky electrical issues" going on, so I'm looking to clean up some grounds. The main one I'm trying to get to comes off the negative battery terminal. I don't know how all the other '04 Tahoes are set up, but on mine, there are two black wires that go to the negative terminal. The biggest of the 2 goes to the motor and the smaller one goes down under the center of the front end somewhere. That's the one I'm trying to track down. You can't see it from the top or from underneath. I can follow it with my hand from under the truck, but only to a point. I've typed probably about 200 different questions in google, trying to find anything about it, but the only thing I can seem to find is about the big wire that goes to the motor. Does anybody know where this wire I'm talking about is attached? Or how to get to it?

It goes to the lower radiator support. Yes, it can be difficult to access.
