This is my first post so here goes... didn't find anything with the search that applied to my specific issues. I read Yukon04's build thred but didn't really post anything about this issue. Everyone else is saying this is taboo for lifting a denali but I decided to try anyway. I mean it's basically a regular yukon. just need to deal with the denali's specifics. I really didn't account for this issue tho so any help would be appreciated.

I just installed a 6"RCX NTD kit with 2" spacers and 3" keys, 35's on 20" XD's my problem lies with the front and rear tires not being in center in both the front and rear wheel wells. no turning without rubbing for the front and rear is close but not rubbing, what can I do to remedy this? Will an alignment recenter the front wheels?

Completely jumped head first into this and I am determined to make this work. Already did the diode swap for the service stabilitrack alarm. I still have the rear air shocks and would like to keep them. I should be able to keep them just need to mess with the sensor arms rods. And already sourced and custom double cardan front drive shaft for the possible drive line vibrations.
Also found a online retailer that sells adjustable upper/lower control arms with and adjustable panhard bar.

FYI I have not removed my running boards and was trying to leave them because my kids and girl would have issues getting in and out.

Just looking for advice here as my truck is now a driveway ornament. lol here are some pictures cuz we all know we like to see pictures. thanks for your consideration.

The spohn adjustable set should fix your rear axle problems. As for the front it looks like you need to do some trimming on the front valance. It looks badass though lol.

Eh it basically looks like crap after its trimmed lol. If you find the trimming thread please post a link because I haven't seen one. As far as the front wheel not being centered. I looked at mine and it's slightly forward as well. I'm guessing with larger tires that it looks more off center

If you do Trim Use a Dremel with the correct blade , It will take much longer but the outcome is a lot better . ESP on plastic . Remember to use low speeds so as not to melt the plastic instead of cutting it

Mine rubbed with 6" Procomp and 35"s and I just had to trim the lower front valance. I used a cutting disc on my air anglr grinder and fixed it in 10 seconds. It also rubbed on the plastic inner fender which I also had to knock down when turning the opposite direction (outwards). No biggie. Still rubs a little when at full lock but I'm almost never at full lock.

Also, I think the Yukon plastic is less accomadating for bigger tires than are the Chevy plastics (bumpers) becausde of the shape.

Is it possible you have pictures you could post? Im defiantly not a stranger to full lock rubbing. My 23" and lowered stance rubbed. Like you I just adjusted my driving until the tires wore down a bit. Right now I can't even turn the steering wheel 1/2 rotation.

I'm hoping that someone will chime in and say that an alignment with eccentric busing will fix the issue.... Right now it looks like my upper control arms have the adjustment cams but the lower appears to only have regular bushing not eccentric. An I pretty much decided to get the spohn rear control arms. Unless William from Rough Country chimes in and say otherwise.

I can in the morning. Unfortunately I'm with my truck at the moment.

I'm curious though if it's that bad, what offset are your XD Hoss wheels?

+18 with 5.71" bs. Pretty much similar to what I had with the 23's. In fact other than the taller tire the rims are pretty much exactly the same. I found these great sites that you I put the current and new number and it projects your clearances.
