What you see in the picture is what you get. I have an old used GMOS adapter from a 03-06 SUV. I'm giving this away, free! Just pay $10 for shipping and the box and it's yours. I'm 99.99% sure this works fine, but can't guarantee it because I have no way to test it. Been sitting in my garage for a little while so I figured I'd let it go to a good home for a TYF member.
