02 tahoe- running wires to amp and sub

just got to 12" kickers and dont wanna pay a place to install everything, does anyone know the best way to run the wires from the HU to the back?

down drivers kick panel, under drivers door sill...there's actually a nice spot to run the RCA's thru.

so should those pop off with some force or do i need to unscrew something? and how long should the wires be to run them from front to back?

25M RCA's should be fine,and they just pop up.
