01 tahoe fog light shake

no matter how tight the bolts are on the bracket that holds the fogs in the front lower valance. they shake so bad. im looking to see if anyone has any ideas i could to sturdy them up before i put HIDs in them. thank you.

There is a spring on the Mount to absorb bumps... It doesn't work well. I even bought new lights and they still bounced around some. Not as bad though

I can push mine from the front and they go back. Should I be able to do this?

There should be a wing nut that tightens and loosens the spring and it adjusts the position of the dog lights I just put some on my 03' burban took the off a 04' Tahoe.

Well I tighten them but now it shakes worse than ever, what gives?

They don't have a lot of support, so they will pretty badly. They were all like that.

My 04' Tahoe and my 03' burb don't have that problem it might be the tab that screws down on the top of the bracket could be broken or cracked and it's not giving it a lose hold
