    I just found this: PIP3836B Precaution: DEXRON-VI in Manual Transmissions When DEXRON-III is indicated as the fluid fill for manual transmissions and transfer cases, DO NOT use DEXRON-VI. Instead, use GM Manual Transmission Fluid p/n 88861800 in these components.

    I recently purchased a 2006 Denali XL. What is the best way to clean the factory chrome-like wheels? They look like chrome or polished aluminum. Is there a way to easily restore the finish to the center caps as well? Has anyone tried wrapping them with automotive chrome wrap?

    I took a chance and purchased the accelerator pedal sensor assembly since it was in stock locally. I replaced it, cleared the codes, and have driven it several times. The light has stayed off. While I did not test the old pedal, it appears that it became defective.

    2006 Denali XL - I changed the oil, started the car and the reduced engine power message came up. I pulled the codes - P1125 and P2138. Is this a throttle position sensor or a pedal position sensor issue?

    As a follow-up, I replaced the brake switch and that fixed it. When I unplugged the original switch, one of the terminals came out about 1/4 inch so there were internal contact issues.
