I recently purchased a 2006 Denali XL. What is the best way to clean the factory chrome-like wheels? They look like chrome or polished aluminum. Is there a way to easily restore the finish to the center caps as well? Has anyone tried wrapping them with automotive chrome wrap?

Not sure on those specific wheels. They might be chrome plate over alloy.
Be aware, that a lot of wheels originally came with a clear coat over the painted, plated or polished metal surface.
Whatever ends up getting recommended for use, proceed with caution.
Be sure to test your selected product/process in a spot you won't notice before going to town on polishing!
