White Interior update
It's been awhile since I have posted an update. Finally got the door skins painted and installed. I also put in a 1700 watt Kenwood system with Rockford components and 10" Alpine in a custom enclosure under the seats. I'm also switching out all of the bulbs with LED. What's left? Gotta paint... -
Water leak inside doors question
It seems like I have water inside the inner doors when it rains. I pulled the interior panel and the plastic vapor shield and there is water inside the door itself. It does eventually drain, but there are components in there like the window motor and expensive audio speakers. The leak appears... -

Headliner design
It's amazing that not only is the electrical harness glued to the fiberglass in the truck, there is no easy disconnect without tearing the entire dash apart. Would have been so easy to just have a connector in the driver A pillar. I am going to reattach the harness to the roof of the truck... -
Hummer H2 Seatbelt question
So I wanted to use the black seatbelts from a H2. The issue is the airbag seatbelt pre-tensioner is located on the retractor for the Tahoe and in the buckle on the H2. I have the buckle on order and the plugs look the same as the Tahoe. Do we know if the computer is going to accept that, or... -
Painting interior panels - problem
I am trying to paint the grey interior panels a black color. I have tried everything, but paint won't stick. I rough up the surface with some 240 grit. Use paint adhesive and then duplicolor black vinyl paint. Scrapes off easily. Same thing, with Enamel...scrapes off. Seems like that plastic... -

GM OEM eFans vs Flex-a-lite question
I have an 03 Tahoe. I'm wanting to switch the clutch fan out for electric. I've seen info for using the OEM Silverado dual fan and turning the fan on in the computer. Understood. What is the difference between these fans and the Flex-a-lite fans (besides cost)? My undertanding is the...- Karlus
