My wife came home from work yesterday and all this came on. "Service Stabilitrak" . "Service Traction Control" and ABS light. She is a very light driver and has not hit anything in the road. The only thing that has changed is we had the from shocks/struts replaced a week ago. My Tahoe had something like this a year or two ago and it ended up being a sensor.

Any ideas?

What is the code that it is showing?

Haven't brought it to Advance auto yet. No check engine light came on. reading many blogs and it points to EGR valve. I will check later this evening.

EGR sounds kinda fishy for a stabilitrak traction control and abs. ABS has its own dash light as does traction control.

My first guess would be a bad wheel speed sensor or a damaged/fatigued wheel speed sensor wire harness, particularly one of the front ones. Get the codes and go from there. If it makes sense to you, you can get a relatively cheap Innova ODBII that will allow you to read and clear DTC codes for around $30. They won't give you any live data, but I have one that I keep in my truck that comes in handy for at least getting the code instead of relying on Autozone, Advanced Auto or someone else to do it for you.

I'd start with a check of the battery and charging system. Low voltage can trigger a host of codes. After that, I'd look for a bad wheel speed sensor.

Well it appears someone ran over something. The boot to the cv axle was torn and the lub leaked out. Joint is bad needs to be replaced. They also found the wire that attaches to the sensor was broke off. They said that's what triggering the ABS and stabilink indicators. Should know more today. So far $400 in work.
