That's some low life scum shlt!!! Wherever u ate I would get video footage from the time you were inside and try to get lic plate number on who hit you, they deserve to pay for that and then jail for hit and run

Painted the end caps for my Esky roof rack (thanks again, @Burbin) and finally painted my hitch cover.

I used the Duplicolor Perfect Match Olympic White and clear. It looks yellow to me, what do you guys think?

Yea in the picture it looks yellowish. I would send the picture to the company in an email and see what they have to say.

I did. Ended up getting paint from automotivetouchup.com and it matched the white perfectly.

Not today, but Saturday, we gave the Tahoe a bath, and replaced the horn pad with a MUCH better example I got from another forum member. Thanks, BillBlatt18!

picked up a new to me 2011 Denali XL on Saturday - 64k on the clock. only missing options are power running boards which I didnt want and the integral trailer brake controller (nothing I tow has trailer brakes....)

since its certified pre-owned, i'm making a list of what needs to be fixed at the dealer.

so far:

• driver side window/lock switches keep coming undone from the door panel - pretty sure a clip is broken.
• rear shocks leak down fairly quickly, maybe 30 min.
• 2 wheels have chrome peeling pretty bad in spots - worth trying for new ones, otherwise its time for some 22's.
• there's a bit of rust inside the tailgate, on the folded seam. the paint is bubbling a bit but should probably get some attention.
• anyone have issues with the USB? mine connects to an iphone6 but only looks for a music folder, am I not able to play pandora or anything like this through it? Need to do some more homework here....

I've also convinced the wife (for the 3rd time/vehicle) that it'll need a tune to rid itself of AFM...

I replaced the factory fog lamps on my z71 burb with the retrofit source's Chevrolet morimoto xb led fogs (square). They were a simple replacement for the factory ones. Just take the old mounting clips off the lights and put them on the retrofit lamps plug in and you're good to go. I got tired of the hid bulbs burning out and this last time the passenger one came out and melted the housing.

Been a little busy so how about what I did this week. Just picked up 2009 extra clean. It had cloth so I had them wrapped with Katzskin leather.

Also put in a new stereo. Put in a Alpine ivew530. Alpine spr60c in the front. Alpine spr60 for the rear doors. JL xd1000/5 powering everything mounted under rear seat. JL 10w3v3 subwoofer behind the third row.
