Never abandoned your thread man still watching it like a hawk waiting for more info!!! Lol. I like all the positive feed back your giving!! Well I got that link for the coil over I found. It's for a c5 vette. I don't remember what the measurement we are looking for but they make them.
Any way do you think that t bar would work instead of stud mount to get the extra 1.5 inches of drop?

Mike, my man, AWESOME JOB BRO!! Glad ur liking your ride again. Wanted to do this, but never heard back. All goods. Glad it's all coming together homie. Keep it classy!![]()
No, not you homie, in regards to trying this set-up. All goods tho. Probably gonna be selling off my DJM arms anyways now. Just no need i guess. Pretty happy with my ride. Or maybe, I just don't care about doing anymore. Have become bored. 5+ yrs will do that to ya i guess. So sorry if I never replied back with ya. Just on to other hobbies and interests. LOve coming here tho, good peeps, sick rides. CAN'T BEAT THAT! Sweet you got your set-up dialed in. Good job bro!
I hope this doesn't come across as a dumb question, but I got two Q's for ya:
Did you use one or two spacers on the top and bottom of each shock?
Did the bolt for the bottom shock come with the shocks, or with Atomic's lower brackets?
A single 1/2" spacer on the top, and a single 3/8" spacer on the bottom.
Lower bolts are included with my brackets.
My new born son is keeping me up, so i figured to show some love to the originally coil over installed thread. Ha. Have you got your camber kit installed and if so did you get aligned? How's it riding? Doing any other work to it?
Billy
Hey Tahoewhat,
Somewhere in one of the three threads I'm tracking this swap in I recall you mentioning you were considering going to a heavier spring...something like a 1300 or so. If I'm recalling that correctly can you tell me if you're still considering and what characteristic of the ride makes you consider switching springs?
Did you ever get the bumpstops installed?
And the real test...has the wife said anything about the ride? Haha
Not yet. I have them sitting in my truck just have to get with my friend to cut off the cup and install them but time is not my friend lately. Lol
And no wife got to get my life straight first. But went to a wedding this weekend with a very good friend since high school and she is very picky about ride and did not say one thing except she really loves the way my Tahoe rides. So I take that as a positive note. She drives an avalanche.
She drives an avalanche AND said she "likes the way your Tahoe rides"??? Sounds like a match made in heaven to me, bro. You better scoop her up if she's on the market.![]()
Well post the pics man! Keep the updates coming. Take it you got your camber kit in?
